24 HOURS COMPLAINT CELL HUNTING NO. – 28454040

                        Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board is already having 24 hours Complaint Cell to redress the grievances of the public. At present, due to heavy rain, special arrangements has been made and the       24 hours Complaint Cell has been strengthened to facilitate the public by providing additional telephone No.28451314  to the existing two telephone Nos.28453030 and 28454040. The Telephone No.28454040 is the Hunting number which can be dialed to get other two Nos. also, so that   the public can register their complaints immediately. The complaints are then and there communicated to the concerned Depot Offices through computer terminals and rectified immediately. Chief Engineers, Superintending Engineers, Executive Engineers and all Area Engineers are monitoring the situation during the rainy season and necessary action will be taken immediately to attend the complaints.
