Consumers
are requested to furnish their complaints regarding water supply and
sewage
removal. They can also clarify their doubts regarding water,
Sewerage tax and water charges during this meeting.
In order to get fruitful benefits to the public, the Managing
Director,
Thiru
V. Thangavelu, IAS has ordered that these meetings are headed by
Superintending
Engineers in every Areas and they
should go round to these Area Offices during the time of Open House
Meeting.
Hence, the public are requested to utilize the open house
meeting to
record their complaints and to give their valuable suggestions to Metro
water.
During the last month’s Open House Meeting ( June 2005) 63
complaints
were received regarding water supply and sewage disposal and all the
complaints have been rectified.
