OPEN HOUSE MEETING TO BE HELD AT METROWATER AREA OFFICE ON SECOND  SATURDAY i.e. 14.05.2005

            Open House Meeting will be held on 14.05.2005 Second Saturday in all Metro water Area Offices between 10.00 A.M.   to 1.00 P.M. as follows:

 

            Area Office-I                                      : (Kodungaiyur, Tondiarpet)

            Area Office-II                                      : ( Royapuram, Washermenpet)

            Area Office-III                                     : ( Perambur, / Vyasarpadi)

            Area Office-IV                                    : ( Kilpauk, Ayanavaram)

            Area Office-V                                    : ( Anna Nagar, Mogappair)

            Area Office-VI                                    : ( Chepauk, Triplicane)

            Area Office-VII                                   : ( Chetpet, Nungambakkam)

            Area Office-VIII                                  : ( T. Nagar, Kodambakkam)

            Area Office-IX                                    : ( Saidapet, Kotturpuram)

            Area Office-X                                    : ( Adyar, Mylapore)

 

            Consumers are requested to furnish their complaints regarding water supply and sewage removal. They can also clarify their doubts regarding water,  Sewerage tax and water charges during this meeting.

 

            In order to get fruitful benefits to the public, the Managing Director,

Thiru V. Thangavelu, IAS has ordered that these meetings are headed by Superintending Engineers in every Areas  and they should go round to these Area Offices during the time of Open House Meeting.  Hence, the public are requested to utilize the open house meeting to record their complaints and to give their valuable suggestions to Metrowater.

 

            During the last month’s Open House Meeting ( April 2005) 118 complaints were received regarding water supply and sewage disposal. Out of this, 114 complaints have been  rectified and the balance 4 is under progress.
