Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board has proposed to carryout interconnection work on the existing 750 mm dia C.I. water main at Cockrain Basin Road due to the proposed construction of R.O.B. at Meenambal Nagar level crossing in Depot-11, Area-I. The work will be carried out from 9.00 a.m. on 25.02.2010 and will be completed by 10.00 a.m. on 26.02.2010. During the inter connections work, the water supply in Divisions 3 to 7, 10 and 11 in Area-I may get affected on 26.02.2010.
Consumers in these divisions are requested to contact Area Engineer-I (94450 61901) Deputy Area Engineer-4 (94450 61204) and Deputy Area Engineer-2 (94450 61202) for arranging mobile water supply in case of urgent requirement of water.
