Consumers are requested to furnish their complaints regarding water supply and sewage removal. They can also clarify their doubts regarding water,  Sewerage tax and water charges during this meeting.

In order to get fruitful benefits to the public, the Managing Director,

Thiru Shiv Das Meena, I.A.S., desires that these meetings presided over by                                                                                                                Superintending Engineers in every Area, should also go round  these Area Offices during the time of Open House Meeting.  Hence, the public are requested to utilize the open house meeting to record their complaints and to give their valuable suggestions to Metro water.

            During the last month’s Open House Meeting (December 2009)                 49 complaints were received regarding water supply and sewage disposal and 39 complaints have been  rectified. Action is being taken on the remaining           10 complaints.
